Important Notice: Patch Test Policy & Cancellation Fees
Patch Test Policy
For your safety and to ensure the best results, a patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to treatments involving tint, lash lifts, or any product that may cause a reaction.
• Clients who do not have a patch test on file may be refused treatment.
• Patch tests must be repeated if it has been 6 months or more since your last visit or if there have been any changes to your health or medications.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations (within 48 hours) will incur a 50% fee of the booked service.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
• A booking fee may be required to secure appointments and is non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not followed.
